Persistentpaw let out a low sigh of annoyance, her tail lashing hatefully from side to side as she carefully bit into the mouse she had caught. The last thing she wanted on her mind was Crow and she couldn't help but thank God that he wasn't on her mind at the moment. She glanced ruefully at her shoulder which the medicine cat had bandaged before rolling her eyes and shuddering in disgust before she took another bite from her mosue.

 "Speech"
Crow stalked around the trees, this time much more cautious, as not to run into any Thunderclan cats, especially that snippy apprentice with the funky paw.
While scanning the forest, he spotted a mouse. Quickly, he got down onto his paws, then started to stalk his unsuspecting prey. He then lunged, landing on top of it and biting it swiftly, a purr rumbled from his throat. his clan would be quite happy with him today.
"Perfect!" He mewed, then got down when he realized how loud he had said that.

Persistentpaw blinked in confusion, sitting her mouse back against the ground with slightly wide and confused copper eyes, her ears automatically laying back against her head. The tom.. She knew that voice.. And she automatically knew from where she had heard it. Grimacing in disgust the little black she-cats body tensed in hesitance, her eyes flattening back against her head. She was not looking forward to running into him again.

Crow backed up, but of course, right into a thorn bush. He yowled in pain, shooting out of it and right into Persistentpaw.
"You!" He mewed in disgust when he looked to see who he had just rammed into, "Why you!?"
Slowly he started to back up, not her again! He then got into a defensive position, arching his back, fur bristled and claws unsheathed. He bared his teeth, then hissed, "Go back to your camp mouse brain!" He then slashed at her, but did not hit her, just to warn her.

Persistentpaw let out a small hiss, getting to her paws and automatically stepping back. "Why should I?" She growled coldly, narrowing her copper eyes at the tom as she wearily watched him. "It's my territory- You're the one who should be leaving." She spat, her clear white claws automatically sliding out.

Crow hissed, this apprentice knew nothing! In this world, it was all about survival, getting what you need. A besides, Thunderclan would do better than them anyway without the mouse he caught, so why should they be the ones getting mad? It made his blood boil just at the thought
"Shut up!" He spat at her, "Why should you care!?" There was then a sudden burst of emotion within his voice, "My clan is barely surviving, yet you get mad when I take one little mouse that will feed the kits of my clan, and that mouse in your clan would have been just an afternoon snack!"
He looked away for a moment, a bit embarrassed by his sudden burst, but then he hissed quietly, "You disgust me!"

Persistentpaw blinked in slight confusion, her ears slightly laying back as she watched the tom. The she-cats black tail slowly lashing from side to side, her blue eyes showing no emotion what-so-ever though slight sympathy made it's way visibly to her eyes as he spoke. She she-cat sighed lowly, swiftly shaking her head as her tail slightly flicked back and forth, "Fine.." She forced out, "Take the stupid mouse- Just go to some other clans territory next time." She sighed in annoyance, her copper eyes cold as she watched the tom, knowing good and well that he was possibly lying.

Crow scowled at her, his anger growing, "Do you want to see Bloodclan?" He flicked his tail in the direction of his clan's territory.
With a hiss and said, "I'll show you the disease and famine we live with, and that you are pigs!"

She hissed through her slightly clenched teeth, her copper eyes narrowing as she glared at Crow, growing impatient with the ignorant and know-it-all tom. "Or you can continue on with your rant and I'll take it back to my clan." She spat, her fur rising in annoyance. |

Crow snapped, lashing out and her, his claws grazing against her face, though he himself had not expected he would do that, and he guessed she didn't either.
He stared in disbelief at the she-cat's bleeding face, the Medicine Cat in him suddenly came out, "Oh Starclan!" He went over and and sniffed her face, "Do you need help?" He however, did not say sorry.

Persistentpaw blinked in shock when she felt the stinging of claws grazing her cheek, automatically making her flinch. She squeaked softly, her sleek tail immediately dropping against the ground and her copper eyes going wide, much wider then usual. She blinked in swift alarm, quickly reeling back when he came forward. "G-Get away!" She hissed softly, though her voice was hoarse when she said it, showing that she was obviously scared. |

Crow looked at her, he was not mad at her snap, but for some reason felt amused and happy that she was obviously scared, a power thing.
He then stepped back and diapered, the mouse still on the ground. A few moments later he returned with a wad of cobwebs, "I'm a Medicine Cat, trust me, I don't kill, other then prey.." he waited for a response.

Persistentpaw squeaked softly, frowning. Honestly she was beginning to panic, she hated blood, she had an absolute phobia of the liquid substance. "Get it off!" She squeaked, clenching her copper eyes shut and tensing as she felt the deep red blood run from the claw marks on her face and drip onto the grassy ground. |
